Requirements for Parents Who Intend to Transport Their Son/Daughter from a Meet When Paraclete has Provided Transportation to the Meet and for Team Members who Participate in Weekend Invitational Meets

When Paraclete has provided transportation to a track meet, athletes are permitted to ride home with their parents following the Meet. Coach Helme must have a WRITTEN NOTE (click link above) from that athlete’s parent indicating their intent.
Parents who want their son/daughter to ride home with a teammate’s parent must also provide a WRITTEN NOTE (click link above). Phone calls and e-mails are not acceptable. This written note must be turned into Coach Helme prior to the meet.
Athletes are responsible for their own transportation to weekend Invitational Meets and Athletes cannot drive themselves to these meets. Team Members may leave a weekend Invitational Meet after their last event; and must check out with Coach Helme or their Event Coach.
