Thank you for your interest in the tuition assistance program at Paraclete High School. Each year, many of our Paraclete students qualify and receive awards based on income guidelines and unique family circumstances. Our school is blessed with the generosity of foundations and benefactors that keep the dream alive of a Paraclete High School education.
Applications are accepted as funding cycles become available.
The school offers two types of need-based awards:
1) Need-based awards that are funded by the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF)
2) Need-based awards that are funded by Paraclete High School (vary depending on family need and available funding)
To be considered for Financial Aid for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year at Paraclete High School, please access all documents below. Do not email the application. Please drop off a copy of your application and tax forms to the front office. Please ensure you make copies before dropping off.
Families must reapply for tuition assistance every year in order to re-evaluate financial need. Awards are not guaranteed each year.
CEF (Catholic Education Foundation) will be on site on November 4, 2024 12pm-8pm. Renewal families are urged to sign up for an on-site appointment. If no more appointments are available, please notify us. (walk-ins are welcomed). Please follow these steps to sign up for an appointment: 1) Log on to www.cefdn.org 2) At the CEF Home page, on the top menu bar hover over the CONTACT US link and a drop-down menu will appear, SELECT “TAP Appointments” 3) SELECT “CLICK HERE” on the “TAP Appointments” webpage (Make sure to turn off any “Pop-up Blockers”) 4) SELECT “Next” on the Welcome Screen 5) Choose a Location where your students will be attending and SELECT “Next” 6) Choose a Time to meet with CEF Representatives and SELECT “Next” 7) Enter in you information to reserve your appointment (Make sure to enter your Cell and Email in order to get text and email reminders) and SELECT “Save” 8) Please print or save the confirmation page for your records. Parents that cannot make it to the event can turn in their applications thru the regular process although we highlyencourage all applicants to apply thru the on-Site Process. DEADLINE FOR CYCLE 2 IS JANUARY 10, 2025. Applications turned in after this date will be considered cycle 4 and will be sent out if and when CEF opens Cycle 4.
